Who processes your personal data, for what purposes and how
Your personal data, are collected and will be processed only for purposes strictly related to the use of the website, its services. Specifically, your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
for conventions, we collect your personal information (such as e-mail address, biographical data, mailing address, phone number) using the form provided;

- For subscription to our newsletter services;
- For the entry of master records into the computer databases of the Data Controllers;

- of the identification details of the owner, managers and designated representative in accordance with Article 5, paragraph 2;
- Of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, as managers or appointees.
The data subject has the right to obtain:
- updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
- the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
- The attestation that the operations referred to in no. 1. and 2. have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where this proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected.
The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:
- for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if relevant to the purpose of collection;
- to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
The rights referred to in Article 7 shall be exercised by a request addressed without formality to the owner or the person in charge, including through an appointee, which shall be answered appropriately without delay.
The request addressed to the owner or manager can also be sent by registered letter, telefax or e-mail.
Right to be forgotten
Pursuant to Art. 17 of the European General Data Protection Regulation 679/2016 (referred to as the “GDPR”) you can request the deletion of all your personal data from the data controller by filling out the form on the Privacy Guarantor’s website downloadable from this

Applicable law
