The property is located in the center of Cosenza on the second floor of a building and does not have an elevator.
How to make a reservation
To reserve a room, it is necessary, after checking availability, to fill out and submit the information requested by the reservation form. This operation does not constitute confirmation of reservation.
Actual room availability and related booking confirmation will be given by the site administrator, who will notify the user by appropriate confirmation email. The email used for communication will be exclusively the one provided in the reservation form.
From the time the reservation confirmation is sent, the user has 12 hours to proceed with the payment of the amount due for the reservation. To this end, an email will be sent to the user containing a link that will allow him or her to log into a secure area of the site and make payment via PayPal or credit card. Credit card payment is handled by the secure and certified Stripe payment system.
Reservations that are not paid after the predetermined 12 hours automatically transit to the “Cancelled” status and the room returns to the availability of the facility.
Reservation cancellation
Cancellation of a reservation can be made free of charge up to 5 days before the stay.
